Watches are disassembled and cleaned using an ultrasonic equipment. We use the finest lubricants as recommended by the manufacturer. Sophisticated electronic equipments are used in timing and analysis. Cases and bands are cleaned and polished. We provide a one year warranty on all watch repairs. Replacement of crowns, crystal, broken jewels, rusted parts, set bridges, auto wind arbors, etc., adds slightly to the cost.

Most of the finer watches of the mechanical type are produced by Swiss manufacturers. TO MAINTAIN THE HIGH DEGREE OF DEPENDABILITY AND ACCURACY BUILT INTO THESE WATCHES, THEY SHOULD BE SERVICED ONLY BY COMPETENT REPAIR PERSONNEL.

Quartz watches feature gear train like mechanical movements. The power source for these types of movements is a small cell or "battery". A basic repair includes cleaning & lubrication of movement with special quartz type oil, a new cell, and cleaning & polishing of case & band. Many quartz watches today utilize a large number of plastic parts which do not lend themselves to repair. In some cases the only feasible repair is replacement of the entire movement.
