Our repair center consists of four specialized repair personel including two certified watchmakers with over 50 years of combined experience. Our watchmakers have the skills necessary to service a modern quartz or mechanical watch which requires trouble shooting, cleaning and oiling, water resistance tests, replacing movements and/or components, etc. They also have the expertise to accomplish complex watch repair issues such as replacing a balance staff, adjusting an escapement, replacing a damage jewel, adjusting a hairspring, setting up a complex calandar mechanism, adjusting a modern mechanical chronograph mechanisnm, etc.

We also have the very latest in test equipment, cleaning machines and specialized tools to repair your watch. Many of the machines and equipment that we own are mandated by watch manufacturers in order to maintain our standing with these companies. Companies such as Rolex, Omega, Longines, etc. require sophisticated equipment and tools necessary to repair their watch properly while maintaining their high standards of quality.
